Message From Our New Executive Chef and General Manager
I have taken over the position of the general manager at Bellevue Main after Mr. Kazu Takigawa who had made
great contribution to the restaurant in the past years. I’d like to offer my authentic skills and 25 years of expertise
as an owner/executive chef of Kikuya Restaurant in Redmond City to all patrons of I Love Sushi.
Rather than going towards today’s trend of so called fusion Japanese, my resolution is to go back to authenticity
offering the genuine flavor of Japanese cuisine, and warm service with lots of smile.
I believe raw ingredients, their freshness and chef’s knifing skill determine the flavor of the final dishes. I will offer
you healthy and safe ingredients prepared deliciously and serve in delightful atmosphere.

ました。日本食レストラン「きくや」（レドモンド市）でのオーナーシェフ25年の専門技術と経験を、これからはアイラブ
寿司のお客様にご提供していきたいと思います。
近年フュージョン料理が増えつづける中、原点に戻り、和食本来の美味しさを生かしたアイラブ寿司独自の寿司と
料理を、笑顔のある明るいサービスでお客様にご提供いたします。
私は和食の味というのは最終的に「鮮度、素材、包丁（技術）」で決まると信じています。「健康によく安全で身体に

We opened our first I Love Sushi restaurant here at this location in 1986. Since then, our loyal customers have consistently proclaimed our sushi and sashimi "the best in town."
At original I Love Sushi Bellevue, we try our best to offer the best of everything for very reasonable prices.
